Scope of this notice
This notice covers personal information we handle in connection with enquiries and support for CROAK’s upcoming Xbox release.
The Xbox version is currently in development and is not yet publicly available. This notice does not cover Steam versions, playtests or our website.
Before distributing an Xbox demo or the game, we will update this notice to describe any information processed by the game, why it is processed, the service providers involved, retention practices and available privacy choices.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message and attachments.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide support and complete necessary follow-up. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Email services
We use Google Workspace to receive, store and manage correspondence. Google processes this information to provide its services to us. Depending on the service configuration, information may be processed outside your province or country.
Microsoft and Xbox services
Microsoft separately handles information associated with your Microsoft account, Xbox activity and Microsoft Store interactions under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can manage available privacy and family preferences through your Microsoft or Xbox account. Requests concerning information held independently by Microsoft should be directed to Microsoft.
Disclosure
We share correspondence with personnel and service providers who need it to handle your request or operate our email services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Retention
We retain support and enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any necessary follow-up. We delete personal information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless retention is required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

Changes to this notice
We will update this notice as CROAK’s Xbox services become available and revise the date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing new processing.
